About John
John was a professional stone mason for over 45 years before starting his handyman business. Over the years, he has learned how to complete nearly any home improvement project. He prides himself in delivering excellent customer service and will do whatever it takes to earn another happy customer.
John lived most of his life in Charlottesville, VA on his family farm where he built his home and he relocated to the Charlotte area to be closer to his grandkids. John’s interests include woodworking, photography, coin collecting, spending time with his family, and drinking coffee (or as he calls it, “go juice”).

My pricing is simple. I provide estimates based on expected time plus materials costs. I estimate project time in half day increments and I generally try to stick to the original quote price or price range as best as possible.

I can do almost any project you might need, big or small! Some examples of common projects I work on are installing kitchen/bath fixtures, landscaping/hardscaping, carpentry, repairing small appliances, drywall repair, granite repair, window/door installation, and much more.
